II Step
Our next research is about the problem of "How to live to reach to 100".
While our researching one of our classmate Agshin told us about his grandmother who is 102 years old. Then we consulted amoung us and decided to visit Agshin's village and his granny. When told we were off to Lerik to see a long liver, we weren't sure what to expect. Here in the countryside of Azerbaijan there is no heavy industry and everyone we met seems to eat healthy, home-produced food. When we arrived she was busy making butter by rocking milk in a heavy earthenware jar.We talked a long and we asked the secret of her age. "I was never afraid of hard-working, I have eaten only organic fruits and vegetables, low fat cheese or yoghurt and home produced food during my life. I always worked in the garden so ,planted trees, vegetables and then I baked bread in the oven. Every day I brought water with pitcher from the spring.I am still very active and feel well."

We should eat more fruits and vegetables because they are full of vitamins and good for our health. People also shoul eat carbohydrates such as; meat, poultry, fish, cereals,dairy products and so on.
As wise researchers we'd like to investigate this project step by step. That's why we desided to be acquainted that what is a healthy lifestyle .
We learned:
Healthy lifestyle is very important for a good life, as life without health is nothing. A healthy lifestyle is one which helps to keep and improve people's health and well-being. Many governments and non governmental organizations have big effects in healthy lifestyle and health promotions.

Then we continued our explore on Internet. So we got more informaton about "How to live to reach to 100."

For the next step we'd like to investigate about food or nutrition. We got more information about it.
Your body needs energy to do work and that energy comes from food. Food provides something called nutrients to your body. Nutrients are substances that provide energy and materials for growth, repair and cell development. Food is the main part of our life. We can divide it into 2 groups: healthy food and junk food. Food Pyramid is a good way to choose healthy food. It can help you to find different food from nutrition. It helps you what kind of food can you to keep your diet and increase vitamins in your body.
But unfortunately, most people like to eat junk food. They are very unhealthy for us. They are crisps, sandwiches, cakes, candies, burgers,chocolate, chips, coke and so on.These junk foods make people, also children nervous, give more fat and illness. These foods are very dangerous for lives and causes illness.
Harmful effects of junk food:
. anaemia
. stroke
. vitamin deficiencies
. low body resistance
. obesity
. osteoporosis
. bloating of stomach

IV Step
Our next investigation is about bad habits. It's a pity, beside the healthy habits there are bad habits around us. That's why we wanted to investigate bad habits. Of course, we began reaserching on Internet. What are habits?

What do they cause?

For the facts habits are diveded into 2 groups: good habits and bad habits.

Watch over your health:
. keep rules of personal hygiene
. take a cold shower
. wash your hands before and after eating
. clean your teeth (change your teeth-brush periodically)
. keep clean your hair, ears and nails
. wash vegetables and fruit under cold water before use
. keep cleen your clothes
. in time visit doctors; go to the doctor and make sure you don't have physical problems. If you have, you should solve your problems immediatly.
. cover your mouth with your hand or handkerchief when coughing and sneezing
. try not to kiss people when you greet them
